It is architected for uncompromised performance for any ED size, including those with annual volume above 100,000 visits per year and with many concurrent users. The system is installed with two separate environments: production and test. Staff training and testing for new releases is conducted without affecting the production environment. We develop a client-specific implementation schedule and provide comprehensive implementation project guidance. Support includes a client-specific web support page, remote support, 24/7 support, and maintenance.
